The house is beautiful. Great for a family visit. The pool, play area and backyard was a great to relax in. House was perfect for our family, from the little kids to the big! We will be returning when the weather is hot to slide down the slide into the pool!

House was amazing felt just like home! Quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t have any complaints form the other guest only that they where amazed when they walked in. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

The hot tub was amazing, especially in the evenings under the stars. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the check-in process was seamless. Adam’s place was cozy. It was peaceful with a beautiful view. Many spots to visit and local food areas. Easy drive to Sequoia National Park. Quiet neighborhood and good spot to stay in.

The house was amazing. We felt very safe and at home. Everything was very clean, nothing was broken and spot on in the pictures. Highly recommend.

Rhiannon's place was as advertised. Might feel small for some, but it suited our needs perfectly. I like that the bathroom is away from the bedroom and having a stove/microwave was very convenient, I was able to cook us breakfast with ease. Everything in town is a short walk away and her binder with local recommendations was very thorough. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Only downside was the wifi. While we were watching TV (which admittedly we did quite a bit), the show would freeze occasionally. More of an inconvenience than anything to really complain about. Overall we had a great stay.

I cannot recommend Laura’s Airbnb highly enough! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Laura is a genuinely kind host who truly cares about her guests. Her communication is excellent, and she’s always quick to follow up if there’s an issue. For example, when my car unfortunately leaked oil onto the driveway, Laura handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness, ensuring everything was resolved without any stress. The space itself is immaculate—spotless, fully stocked with high-quality amenities, and exactly as described in the Airbnb listing. The price is beyond reasonable for what you get, and it’s worth every penny. The location is supreme! Whether you’re on foot or driving, everything you need is within easy reach. It’s also kid-friendly, with parks and a golf course nearby, and dog-friendly, which was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is super quiet and feels incredibly safe—I’ve enjoyed peaceful night strolls and even found the neighbors to be kind.

I had a wonderful stay here. The space provided was clean and comfortable and I will definitely choose this location for future stays in Bakersfield.

This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Adoramos a casa, passamos um ótimo tempo em família, tudo muito confortável, e os mimos, em detalhes, foram muito bem pensados: tinham snacks, escovas de dentes, aparadores! A única dificuldade foi com a porta de entrada, o código dava erros, a gente precisava tentar várias vezes até dar certo. Outro ponto é que tinha uma placa dizendo para não usar a lareira, o que achei bem ruim, se fossem dias frios, sem dúvidas, gostaríamos de acendê-la. E um detalhe que não faz diferença, mas só para informação: o acesso ao quintal dos fundos, se da por um dos quartos. A casa é a última do corredor, o que tbm gostamos, ficando com mais privacidade. Os arredores são muito bonitos! Recomendo!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean! Had everything we needed and plenty of space!

Easy to find after a long day’s travel, arriving after dark. The unit worked perfectly for my two week work assignment, located close main roads but also walkable to downtown and nearby cute neighborhoods for walking. The bed was comfortable and there are two AC units for hot weather and ceiling fans. Lots of old cute built/in cabinetry. Easy parking out front. Would definitely stay again.
