Adriana and Ricardo were very friendly and responsive. They communicated well whenever we had inquiries. Their place was as described and shown in their photos. The home was neat, clean and today. It was a perfect place to stay for our group of 6 people. Would highly recommend!

Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

We only stayed one night here, but definitely worth it! Great home, great area, great hosts. We had to catch a late flight on the way into Miami and a late check-in was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

A wide variety of restaurants very nearby, as are a couple of small parks. Having parking is always a plus, inside is even better. We unloaded close to the elevator, then parked. The unit was spacious and perfect for us.

I had a very positive experience at this Airbnb. The building was walkable to breakfast places, there was Publix/starbucks directly across the street, and just a quick Uber anywhere you needed to go. Beach and pool access was a great perk. There was even a cafe, bar, and restaurant in the lobby of the building. The host always answered in a timely manner and check in and check out was quick and easy. I will be looking to stay here again for any future Miami visits.

What a place to come back to after a long day of work! The water was always hot and the house was big enough for five guys to have their own space. WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.

Manuel and Patty’s property felt like home. It was very clean, and had everything you’d need for a rental from a fully outfitted kitchen, to extra towels and beach chairs. I’d highly recommend this property for your next time visiting miami. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from everything in Miami without having to be in the city.

Hermosa casa, sobre todo lo que hay que destacar es el patio trasero con su piscina hermosa y la vista al canal, no tiene desperdicio. La casa si es un poco antigua y creo que le falta mantenimiento, pero volvería. A 10 minutos de la playa de Hollywood y a 25 de fort lauderdale, en auto.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.
