This small cabin is across the street from the beach! It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). Experience all that Kings Beach has to offer right out the front door, it’s truly that close to everything. Love winter sports? The TART but stop is across the street. From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

8 minutes from Reno/Tahoe Airport, 7 minutes from downtown Reno, our cottage is gated, private and quiet. It has 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds that have memory foam mattress toppers, the second bedroom has an additional door going outside. Our kitchen has all the modern conveniences with tea and coffee. The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.
