NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

A comfy room in an art-filled spacious townhouse with a backyard, situated on a cozy block in Brooklyn. The light filled bedroom is on the 2nd floor ONLY with a skylight operated by a remote control. The private bathroom with a shower is across from the room. We treat our guests as our own and our guests have been very happy with us and slept well in the room. Our home is not for smokers and night owls. We get up early and our dog, Ramen needs his beautiful sleep too.

There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years.
