I was able to check in an hour before the expected time. While I waited, I was able to enjoy Sonder’s super cool amenities. I was also able to leave my luggage in a locker while I enjoyed New York! I asked the front desk team for help and directions and they were super helpful and friendly. The only thing was the construction at battery park (which has nothing to do with sonder) was loud and went on all night I could hear it from my room in the 12th floor but it is the city that never sleeps. Other than that everything was perfect!

We had a great stay and the location was amazing and so easy to get around with the train in walking distance! we will be back soon.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The apartment is well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher, washer and dryer, hangers, an iron, and other amenities that make a difference. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, tea and coffee sachets, a spacious fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent as well—the neighborhood and street are quiet and private, yet offer easy access to metro stations that connect the city. Although I couldn’t get a late check-in, the hosts were very attentive and offered to store my luggage until the end of the day, allowing me to make the most of my time before my flight. Highly recommend!

ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione perfetta, pulito, ordinato, sicuro ed accogliente. l'unica pecca il divano letto troppo usurato e malconcio che ha creato alcuni problemi ai miei figli per dormire. tutto il resto invece molto bene.

Everything was great except for the second bed in the living room. I had read a lot of comments about it and had requested to take care of that before our reservation date but clearly it was not. The second bed was sqeaky, could feel the springs, made my night very uncomfortable. Other than that, the place is great, at a very good location, very nice staff and facilities. The locker service was very helpful. Good for the value.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transportation. The view of NYC from the apartment was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Communication with the host was clear and consistent, and they always responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

A great apartment with an even better view. We found New Jersey to be amazing, even though we were there for New York and some sightseeing. Everything was perfect.

Staying in this place felt like home! Very close to public transportation, lots of restaurants and very friendly host. Would stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war für uns eine sehr gute Lage. Es war zu Fuß alles erreichbar, wie z.b. U-bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft hat zu uns gepasst, war alles ausreichend, was wir zum Nutzen hatten. Wir würden wieder kommen.
