After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Jane's home was perfectly located for my visit to the city - in between the historic city centre and the areas of independent shops and cafes on Mill Road and Norfolk Street. Jane is a great host and good communicator. The bed and room are comfy and quiet. There was even the option to make toast with Jane's home made bread, or to have a bowl of cereals for breakfast.

Lovely spot! Thoughtful amenities like butter, milk and jam that were much appreciated and made breakfast easy. The L’Occitane shampoos and soaps were delightful. The welcome booklet had great recommendations for local restaurants and clear instructions about trash/recycle/compost. A little bit of noise at night from the street, but not constant, just a person walking by here and there. Otherwise, it was very quiet. Lovely courtyard and beautiful artwork in the space. Bed downstairs was a 5/5 and the twin beds upstairs were 4/5 for us. This was a perfect space for our trip to Cambridge. Thanks, Sarah!

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Andy and Carol were very friendly and welcoming. Location is absolutely nice and hassle-free. We spent a great time with our kids. Kids have lot to do there. Definitely recommend to other people who looking for a pleasurable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

The flat is beautiful and well furnished and laid out, and was nicely cleaned and ready for us. The flat was easy to access and located very close to the town, easily walkable or by bus. The host was very communicative and responsive, and very helpful to boot. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arrises. An excellent stray and a tremendous host. 5 stars

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was perfect. Paul and Debs are lovely hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable putting the heating on before we arrived and leaving supplies of milk, juice and breakfast for us. We loved the information book and followed recommendations which were great. The location is ideal - in walking distance to a pub and the sea and loads to do around. Just sad we couldn’t stay for longer.

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

Riona is an amazing host who cannot do enough for you. Lovely to talk to and extremely helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The local village is really pretty and there is lot of other lovely villages within short distance if you wish to explore the area. Riona does a wonderful breakfast and keeps the place absolutely spotless. Higly recommend for a stay in the Norfolk area

We absolutely loved our stay. Both hosts were really friendly and the food was excellent. Accommodation was gorgeous, clean and quiet. Loved to sit out in the garden to relax. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay and not our last. Sue and Geoff let you into their home and you fit right in. The continental breakfast also makes this a cut above other Airbnb's and also nearby hotels. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a short one night stay to visit the Norfolk coast. Jane gave us a warm welcome on arrival and gave some helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. The room was lovely and clean and very cosy! Jane also provided a lovely breakfast for us in in morning!

Perfect in every respect. Comfy and clean. Huge bed. Great shower. Lovely breakfast. We ate at the village pub - tasty food, great value. Highly recommend.
