Lovely large family home. Great cook’s kitchen with large selection of implements. I particularly appreciated the downstairs shower with a shower chair for my use. We were 8 people and 3 generations, the kids enjoyed the large DVD selection, others were entertained by the table in the conservatory for doing jigsaw puzzles. All enjoyed getting together around the large table in the kitchen for family meals. Lots of historic places to visit close by as well as the seashore despite the winter weather.

Easy to find and exactly as described, house was pristine and clean, and was in a very quiet area of the neighbourhood.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

We had a lovely stay in this place. The area was lovely and quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach. This was a perfect venue for a short break with the dog and we would definitely book again. Good communication and hassle free entry and departure.

We have just returned from a wonderful few days at the property. Personal check in and excellent guided tour by both James and Mary was really helpful and meant we could relax immediately - helped by the lovely welcome basket, basics in the fridge and cupboards and personalised cake and card for our birthday celebration. Being a group of 14 (including 3 dogs and children aged 1-16!) there was plenty of space for everyone, games both inside and out to keep all entertained, a wonderful garden for cooking and playing AND access to the playing field direct from the garden. We couldn’t have asked for more and have already recommended the property to friends and family.

Location was fantastic for walking into the city but also for the local pubs. Clean and quiet would recommend

Fabulous, Lisa’s property was amazing, we hired the house for a family celebration, there was huge amounts of space, plenty of bedrooms, a great kitchen space, great garden space and something a lot of large places didn’t have - a dining room table big enough to seat all 12 of us, perfect for celebrating. The house is only 10 minutes away from Wroxham, a place to hire a boat and spend time on the Broads Lisa was great, communication was excellent and instructions were easy and came in ample time for our visit. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a stay in a Manor House, it has some amazing original features along with all the mod cons, a wonderful house set back from the road it felt very private, as I said at the start, fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really well located to both the High Street, the beach and other places in Norfolk. It was much more spacious than we expected and presented at a really high standard. Parking was really easy just outside the property and the outdoor seating area was appreciated too. Lisa was a great host :o)

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

The apartment was as lovely as the photographs. We had everything we needed to enjoy a few days away. We would recommend staying here and it in located in such a beautiful village.

My stay at the accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the soft linens to the well-stocked amenities made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The place was exactly what it was from the description. I would recommend this to families with children since the location is great and the house is also great.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing holiday in Paul’s apartment. It was lovely and peaceful and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions for everything we needed and great communication with Paul. Will definitely come to stay here again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay in this family-friendly and quiet area. The flat is clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The large Waitrose within walking distance is very convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no lift in the building, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a great place to stay with no complaints.

Right in the heart of Thetford. A very modern apartment with a great extra touch in the style of decor and facilities (loved the electronic black out blinds in the bedroom). It was very clean, and had some lovely extras of milk, bottled water in the fridge and biscuits. The river walks, parks and museums were nice. With lots of small shops, pubs and places to eat within easy walking distance. Janet was a great host and communication was brilliant. Will be back I’m sure!

A very nice apartment with some lovely practical touches.Commication with the host was excellent and the advice provided was good. It was located a little out of Cambridge city for walking purposes but local transport was fine. Overall it was a very enjoyable couple of days.

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

fantastic place, lovely & clean, everything you need for a comfy break. lovely little touches inside, books, dvds, good WiFi, comfy beds, perfect setting near beach. NOTE: if you suffer with feather/bird allergies, take your own pillows as most of the pillows/cushions were feather filled. Not the hosts fault, but just a note if you want to stay there ❤️

This was our fourth stay here, a reflection of how happy we are with the accommodation, facilities and location. Highly recommended if you want a compact yet classy little place in Ely.

Really lovely flat, so spacious and light. Actually much bigger than we expected. Had everything that we needed. We managed to get a space right outside so didn’t use the parking space. Very close walking distance to the town, we’ll definitely be back!

We were here to sail our boat. It exactly met our needs. We were able to fully relax after our busy time on the water. The flat is very well equipped. The kitchen gadgets met every possible need as regards cooking, there being a excellent electric cooker, an air fryer, a microwave and a George Foreman grill, all of which were spotlessly clean. With an excellent supermarket within 6 minutes walk, it was a delight to enjoy evening meals and breakfast in the apartment.
