Curl up with Netflix in front of the log fire, or head around the corner for a traditional ale in the old village pub. If you are feeling more adventurous, Incredible Dartmoor is on your doorstep. Drive out to see the rugged tors and the famous moorland ponies, and don't forget to stop for a traditional Devonshire cream tea!

Our cosy cottage is perfectly situated in the centre of vibrant Kingsbridge, voted the 5th most relaxing town in the UK, highly rated in best places to staycation and RHS Gold Britain in Bloom winners. A stones throw from eclectic Fore Street it is a quiet and secluded cottage, along a secret passage. Pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries to Salcombe within walking distance. Dogs maybe accepted on request.

Cosy converted granary set in quiet countryside

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by neighbouring farmland and National Trust Land. Both Soar Mill Cove and South Sand beaches are within walking distance of the property. The Hideaway is a charming and beautifully furnished, 2 bed character cottage, nestled down a quiet passageway between a florist and boutique located, in the very centre of the vibrant and historical market town of Kingsbridge. The cottage is a unique rustic retreat, a safe haven which is thoughtfully and ideally configured for a romantic break or a family trip and is peppered with luxurious touches throughout to ensure guests are always made to feel comfortable and welcome at all times.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
