Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. It is situated on the grounds of our family home where peace and tranquility come naturally to this area.Kinnitty is in the heart of Ireland and is little over an hour from Dublin and Galway. It is a day trip from all other cities. Locally you can enjoy fantastic walking and mountain bike trails which are only one minute away and also lead you to Kinnitty Castle.

A great place to base yourself to attend a wedding in Kinnitty castle or go exploring the Slieve Blooms mountains and bike trails, walks & horse riding or just to unwind and relax. Only a short drive from the historical town of Birr where you will find the magnificent Birr Castle, and 15 mins drive to Lough Bora Discovery Park.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
