Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

A cosy semi-detached house in the quaint village of Great Eccleston. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms; bath with shower over; fully equipped kitchen and garden with patio . Ample space for parking two cars. A 5 minute walk to the village with various shops, pubs and take-aways. Ideally situated for the beautiful Forest of Bowland ( AONB); the coastal areas of Blackpool, St Anne's and Lytham. Lancaster is only 20 mins drive and the Lake District can be reached in just under an hour.

Newly constructed and well appointed house situated in Warton. Conveniently located for visiting the many attractions on the Fylde Coast which are easily accessed via the A584 leading to Lytham, St Annes on Sea, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Lytham with its wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants and Lytham Festival is only a 5 minute drive away. Blackpool is 15 minutes away. Great for people on holiday, attending weddings at nearby Ribby Hall and The Villa or working at BAE Systems.

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Relax in this calm, stylish house which provides a perfect base to explore Lytham and further afield. Enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer within a 10 mins walk. Visit the green, lake, seaside, historic hall and many beautiful gardens. Oak House, Leyland, 3min M6 - spacious and lovely

We are excited to be offering Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool. Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.
