The location was easy to find, checking in was stress-free. Self serve accommodations, easy in and out. Host very friendly, flexible and communicative.

We have stayed at this location twice and we will stay there again , comfortable and clean.

It was our second time staying here. Did not disappoint again. Jeremy was very helpful when I had questions. Definitely would recommend this place and we would stay here again.

I always stay here when I'm in Smithers and it never disappoints! clean, comfy, cozy, and right downtown. The host is extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Be aware, there is a fairly long flight of stairs leading up to the rooms, so if you are mobility challenged or get short of breath it may be difficult to climb them. All in all, it gets 5 stars from me every time.

This was such a cute place to stay! Duncan met us with all the information required and was helpful in recommending a place for dinner. Very nice linens and bedding. Exceptionally clean, neat & tidy. Such a lovely area to stay. Right on the river with a very nice walking path. Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommended.

Elsie's was a sanctuary in the middle of Masset—easy access to the main street, grocers, and farmer's market. The place was spotless and homey. I will definitely be staying again, and it is Indigneous-owned and operated by an artisan, chilkat weaver and overall lovely lady, Elsie!

Very modern rooms within walking distance to all amenities. Would definitely stay again.
