This cottage was one of the best ABNB stays I have had! The place was spotless. The floor plan layout was an excellent use of the space. I was very comfortable staying here, the whole process worked well. Great stay!

I came to visit my son and enjoy the surrounding redwoods, but ended up having to stay indoors a lot more than planned, and I was very, very comfortable in Sara's place. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need; I loved the firm mattress; and, being an avid reader, I loved the comfy chair in the bedroom and the bright lighting throughout. It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and a lovely Café is just a stone's throw down the hill. Sara's personalized Welcome sign made me feel right at home, and she was always very quick to respond when I reached out. I just really liked the place and enjoyed my stay very much!

Beautiful cottage, a nice walk into town and the Shakespeare festival. Cozy but very doable for 4 adults. Sometimes when I go to a place that seems fancy, I feel like I’m tip toeing around - this space was beautiful and very comfortable - I was able to truly relax during my stay. Wish we had booked an extra day just to enjoy the garden and enchanting space! Hope we will be able to return!

We had the NICEST stay at Caroline's barndominium. The place was SO cute and in a great location within walking distance of downtown. We had a delightful encounter with our host. She gave us some local recommendations that did not disappoint. Our home for the weekend was a perfect getaway, there was no detail left untouched there. The bed was cozy and the sheets were *chef's kiss* so soft. I had to go back and see what anyone would give this place less than a five star review for...some people will never be satisfied I suppose. This place was just magical.

The Victorian Cottage is lovely -- exactly what you'd expect! The cottage has great period details and many pretty touches, and at the same time it's spotless and bright and everything works perfectly. We were cozy and warm and enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, and we found lots of nice back streets where we could explore with our dog.

The studio is a cozy snuggery! Some highlights: super comfortable bed, fun art in bathroom, cute flannel sheets with woodland creature print. But the best part was GG herself. Even before I got to town, she was able to give me insider information….the restaurant I wanted to visit would be closed on that day. Then, the night I arrived I took several wrong turns on my way to the property and needed a LOT of help from her to find my way. GG even stood outside the house on that bitterly cold night to guide me in. So kind and helpful! A wonderful experience!

This certainly was an awesome experience in an adorable guest house. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, just minutes to every attraction. Parking was practically at the front door, with a lot of other parking on the street. Enough parking for my SUV, trailer, and a support vehicle. I’m definitely reserving this location in the near future.

We loved our stay! A perfect home base for visiting the Redwoods. The cabin was cozy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace, the fire pit (with a pile of wood provided upon arrival!) and the beautiful redwoods right in the backyard. The cabin is right next door to the owner’s home and there’s also an Airstream trailer on the property being used as an AirBnB, but still felt plenty secluded. Trinidad is super cute, with great restaurants and a handful of gift shops. We found all the supplies we needed at Murphy’s market, two minutes down the road, and we weee able to use the kettle and French press to make coffee in the mornings. The Murphy bed felt comfy enough after a day of hiking! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kristina’s space. We met her when checking in and she couldn’t have been more helpful. The instructions to find the place were thorough and detailed as the space was a little set back. The unit itself was great. Small, clean, and comfy space that allowed us to relax and get a good nights rest. Internet was a little spotty but usable for us to work. Barely an issue when looking at the great atmosphere and privacy of the unit! Would absolutely recommend staying here for a really nice getaway that’s close to the beautiful redwoods. Can’t get any better.

This was a perfect place to stay for our quick weekend trip. The location was great - outside of town, but not too far. The area was peaceful, the house was clean and comfy, and the host was easily accessible if needed. They were also kind enough to have the space unlocked and warmed up for us. I would definitely stay here again. (And if you like horses, the two they have are sweethearts. The black one is especially affectionate!)

What a Wonderful Magical Pl., The Hobbit house was amazing as well as their breakfast was wonderful very attentive to all our needs. We would love to stay there again thank you very much for your hospitality Elena.

A beautiful space surrounded by incredible scenery. Easy to make yourself at home.

The house was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of spices and cooking basics to use. Plenty of utensils, pots/pans, glasses, plates, etc. Great use of space, cozy, good ambiance - everything you need for a quick stay. Hot water ran out about 2-3 mins into a shower. We found some dust and a couple bugs but when you’re out on a farm, that’s to be expected.

I will stay here anytime I'm in Ashland! It's such a fantastic spot. Close enough to drive to anything one needs, but on a private road that is quiet. The property is beautiful, the host amazing, the cottage homey. And what a wonderful time of year to see and smell all the lilacs blooming and have a nice cup of coffee on a wooden bench swing!

This was a wonderful off grid oasis experience. Close enough to town for any needs, but tucked away enough to feel isolated. Christine was very responsive and helpful. Communication was a breeze and it was a perfect place to relax and disconnect. Would definitely stay again.

Host family and friendly animals(Alpaka, chicken, duck, dog and wild dear) welcomed us. It was a wonderful experience for us, especially for kids to stay with these animals. House and its amenities were good and clean as we expected. Our kids is hoping to stay here next time.

The hobbit house was a dreamy place to stay. It was a peaceful, romantic spot for a trip with my husband, and it was right out of a fairytale. We would highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. It was definitely cozy! We were wanting to spend a week exploring various redwood forests and it was the perfect spot to do that.

Loved this Airbnb. Booked it for a couple of nights so I could do some hiking in the area and it was just the right spot not only location-wise but also accommodation-wise. Wendy did a great job making this cozy airbnb still have all the amenities and so fun to be on a farm with cute animals! Would definitely come stay again!

This is one of the more well thought out places I’ve stayed. Everything was quality and the layout and use of space was fantastic. There were so many small touches in this place that made it comfortable and easy to use The host communication was second to none being flexible and kind, but also professional and highly responsive. It’s a smaller single-story cabin, but they absolutely make the best use of every bit of space would definitely love to come back!

Great stay for a family of four. We were in Arcata for one night and this guesthouse was walkable to lots of restaurants, the town plaza and a great ice cream shop. The house had everything we needed including coffee to start our day!

Laurene’s directions were perfectly clear & we arrived and enter with no problem at all! We felt like the place was spacier than we expected which was a nice plus for me, my teenager, and my schnauzer. For being a dog friendly unit there were no smells of dog lingering or hair anywhere whatsoever! This tiny home had exactly everything we needed & we really appreciated the amount of clean towels, toilet paper, paper towel etc that were available. There were little space heaters that we utilized at night because this season gets pretty cold & that worked out perfectly. On the first night around 10pm I let my dog out for one last bathroom break & a few seconds after when we went back inside we heard the door lock mechanism sound & because we’ve seen too many horror movies we thought someone was trying to enter lol But it was just the door automatically locking (why are we like this?! lol!) We messaged Laurene & she was being so reassuring. That was really nice, thank you!!
