The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Our spacious 2-bedroom, self-contained guest suite, located directly behind our house, is a "home away from home." You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. The off-street parking is very convenient, and you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Knox. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.
