Our serene cottage sits on 16 private acres on the north end of Greenland Cove in Muscongus Bay. A short walk will get you to the ocean to swim off the rocks, stroll on our fern covered paths and take in the breathtaking views of the cove and nearby estuary and salt pond. Master bedroom-Queen Second bedroom- Full/Double Living room -large sectional Queen air mattress Possible sleep 8 The address is 34 Homestead Rd , but this app has it as fire road - it is the same ! I do have a business down in basement -hair salon- not typically an issue ( I try not to be open when I have guests)

To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
