We had a great time at Edward’s place! Great host and wonderful space, with plenty of dishes, towels, spices, coffee and tea, etc. Felt like a home away from home, which I can’t always say for Airbnbs. Edward was also incredibly responsive and friendly—I know the Knoxville area well, but I’m certain Edward would be glad to provide some knowledgeable recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this space, and if the need arises, will 100% stay again.

Great place to stay for a large group! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and we all had our own space. We had a great time!

The Pleasant House was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for my family. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. It was very cozy inside and out. J and T even went the extra mile to personalize a welcome sign for us! They were helpful and the home was excellent.

We enjoyed staying here so much. This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was a fun layout, cozy, it had everything we needed for a couple days! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. It has several options for sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to take walks around the neighborhood with no problem! We did not know the Airbnb was attached to the host’s home, which we typically stay away from (it’s just personal preference). But overall, this was fine because the Airbnb is pretty private.

My family and I loved our stay. The place was just like the pictures! Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful. Loved walking the trail, or sitting outside listening to the birds and having a fire. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It was conveniently located, as we were close to Knoxville and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is so cozy and inviting. I loved the decor. The furniture was perfect. The white leather couch was my favorite. Everything was so clean and fresh. A great outdoor patio and back yard. This neighborhood is very quiet and not super busy. It would be a great place to walk. I felt very safe my entire stay. It will be on the top of my list of places to stay in Knoxville. A great place to stay for a long weekend or even for a work assignment. It’s a great location for shopping, local hospitals and the University of Tennessee are just right down the road. I can’t say enough good things about this cute house. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

The mancave was clean and comfortable! Having access to the yard was a huge benefit with my dog. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful. This was the perfect local stay for my family and pets!

Was a perfect place for our short stay. The house was just as described. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick easy pickup for our Uber pick ups. Neighborhood looked sketchy at first, but ended up being quiet. No issues with check in. Would stay again

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

Great place to stay! We had a party of 7 and our dog and there was plenty of extra space and bathrooms. But the pull out sofa bed in the living room is not the best option to sleep on due to the high window cabins facing the street light that stays on all night. I've suggested to the owners some type of curtain you can access to cover windows, would definitely be a better option if that's going to be considered a sleeping area. Indoor pool was a plus and the hot tub was a got spot to relax after a day on your feet at the Island of Pigeon forge! We also enjoyed the off cabin overlooking deck and gas crystal rock fireplace with comfy seating! All the deck views were great and you can see all of the town attractions and lights! The acade games were a hit. Let's just say a couple high scores were broken. Pool table and theater great times! The drive to the cabin was intense but road is paved and if you drive careful you'll be fine. My Toyota van it up and down mnt mutiple times.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Can't say enough about how great a host Cat is. She responded incredibly quickly to questions and provided answers that were thoughtful, warm and addressed the information completely. The place was perfect for our purposes, four people in town for a music festival. Everything was clean and welcoming, with great touches. One of us stayed on the foldout in the living room, which worked very well. We loved the check-out instructions, which essentially told us to not do a thing because we were on vacation. I would stay there again without question.

Truly felt right at home while staying at Tracy’s place! It was a quick visit to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday but we will definitely be back. The location was perfect—close to my parents in Lenoir City and also great areas to shop (Turkey Creek) and dine (Lakeside Tavern in Knoxville was our favorite!). Such a beautiful area! The home was so comfortable and had such great little touches and extras. A very simple layout— It was perfect for my husband and I. It was nice having a private entrance in this adorable little standalone home (which is on the owners property). Plenty of room to park and the property was overall stunning! We loved driving around seeing all the beauty the area has to offer! Everything was clean and so comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfy with a nice mattress topper that makes you want to linger in bed just a bit longer😉. It had everything we needed (and more!). We will definitely be back! Thank you for offering your home for others to enjoy! 🫶

Greg’s place was the perfect Knoxville base for our Spring break. It is nestled in a beautiful location on top of a wooded hill close to a lake. The house has all the mod cons you could want and is open and spacious. A perfect spot!

Susie has been an excellent host! Beautiful home, loved the outside kitchen w/ 2 grills, TV couch & blankets! Peaceful neighborhood, nice people, perfect for long walks. Cove park was beautiful w/ swings & volleyball sanded area as well. Cazzy’s was a nice quaint eatery host recommended w/ nice options. Susie will always answer any text or call within a short time frame w a very friendly response. Backyard is completely fenced in, so that’s a nice perk for anyone with dogs. Gourmet kitchen has been wonderful, we enjoyed making meals with 3 ovens & large 5 burner stove top range. Thank you!

Beverly has a beautiful property and was very accommodating to my wife and me. The property has a fun little trail that leads down to the river and was peaceful!

We had an amazing time in Louisville! The house was very accommodating for all of our guests and the was plenty of room in the living areas as well. Brendan was very helpful with my questions and quick to respond to them.

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

If I could only use one word to describe this place it would be "Cozy." This property is PERFECT! The decor is straight out of a magazine, all the utensils and appliances were SO NICE! Also, the beds? Phenomenal! Everyone remarked about how much we loved our pillows! I know that sounds weird to mention in a review, but they were that impressive. I need to know where they got them!!! The ceiling fan situation was also super great and easy to use. I want those in every room of my own house now! Checkout was super easy and the instructions were clear. Kim was super friendly and informative, leaving no need for additional questions! Plus, there were a lot of little items to make our stay more comfortable and convenient such as a make-up mirror in the bathroom, nice soaps, easy to find utensils, and comfy throw blankets galore! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. I would go so far to say this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!
