Our property, 2 independent cottages are located in Agios Markos, a small old village in the northeastern part of Corfu island. It is known for its traditional Greek charm, offering visitors a peaceful , rural atmosphere and stunning views 17 km from Corfu International Airport and the city center. The village is close to lively coastal areas: Ipsos (2.3 km away), known for its nightlife, restaurants, and bars, and Barbati (5 km away), famous for its crystal-clear waters and relaxing beach vibe.

The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

Villa Xenonerantzia, is located 10 km from Corfu town and the airport, 3 km away from Gouvia village, in central Corfu. It is on a hill, with a marvelous view of the sea and the old town. In 5 minutes distance there are super-markets, various shops, restaurants and the marina of Gouvia. The house is 260sqm, with spacious rooms, fully equipped. It has a magical vibe!
