Everything is newly renovated in the building that was first constructed in the 60s!

Our guest suite is perfectly situated between Hayden Lake, the Canfield trail system and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Come and go as you please to make the most of your stay here in northern Idaho.

Our studio is cozy, yet spacious. You'll enjoy a comfortable queen bed , extra pillows, plush robes to wrap up in, all the amenities you should need. We take pride in cleanliness. We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown CDA. There are many things to see and do ~ concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts

Private Entrance Suite W/Kitchenette & Patio

Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

Mesmerizing Sunsets!

Our custom home with a fabulous lake view has amazing sunsets and is only a 13 minute drive to the city center, parks, art, culture, and restaurants. Coeur d'Alene is considered a resort area with almost every activity available within a short distance. There is nothing like waking up to the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains! Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy looking out over the water at this amazing view. You might even see a deer or two.

Cozy, clean, stylish apartment- great location!

UPDATED FOR 2024: washer/dryer added! Welcome to our mid-century mod remodel! Carmel wood, great art, and MidMod fixtures set a comfortable, relaxed mood. Thread&Needle mattress; comfy hide-a-bed. Gas stove, butcher block counters, new appliances all around. Private patio, with lush planters surrounding makes for a great place to unwind. Off-street parking. 1 block to the beach and the best park in CDA. Walk downtown or to NIC in minutes. Sleeps 4!

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.

Comfy private studio 8 min to downtown CDA!

Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.

Prime location! Private Entrance near downtown festivities and close to the freeway entrance. 5 min to the Coeur d’Alene Resort/Lake, and CdA golf course, Fernan Lake Trail, Centennial Trail, Stella's on the Hill, I-90 and 35 minutes from Silver Mt. Ski Resort ⛷ Enjoy the views of natural wildlife forest with turkeys and birds singing while sipping your coffee on the private porch, just for yourself. One parking spot in the driveway.
