Villa is located within 300m walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beach of Hikkaduwa. You are free from noise of vehicles but you can fill your ears with sweet sounds of birds at this location. All the facilities, supermarkets, banks, restaurants & all types of shops are available at a walking distance from the Villa.

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Villa River Stone By Poseidon

River Stone By Poseidon is located conveniently in Hikkaduwa, 701 m from Hikkaduwa Beach and 1.1 mi from Narigama beach. This villa has a private pool, garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Built in 1926 it has been carefully restored in 2019 and boasts beautiful original features and antiques. The pool is 4 ½ feet deep throughout with jacuzzi jet seating at one end and stair entry.
