Located just 2 km from the beach in Poreč, Istria, this family-suited modern apartment offers a PRIVATE swimming pool, privacy, and a large yard with a barbecue for some truly relaxing days. It is best suited for 5 people, but our guests are often 6 or even 7 (1-2 extra guests can sleep on the sofa and/or the air mattress). We will make sure for you to have a truly relaxing vacation (A/C's are in every large room), and you can check my Airbnb profile for suggestions on what to see and visit!

House Marija has everything you need to have a perfect family holiday. Situated close to Poreč, but still in a distanced quiet area, offering a lot of privacy with a private swimming pool and big charming garden. Our house can can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms, offering one separate unit. Outside, our guests can enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outside grill area and many children attractions, which makes a perfect choice for families with children.

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 12 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
