The house has separate entries for privacy: the upper area features a large living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom also includes a washing machine. Nearby food options (3-minute walk) and central attractions just 7 minutes away on foot. It has AC. Note: The lower unit is occupied by a friendly grandmother with her niece and nephew.
