Very cozy place with beautiful balcony view

It was a Cousy and spacious place for a group of 8-9 paxs. With huge bathrooms,hall and dinning. We had a wonderful stay

Terkejut dengan amount deposit RM200 agak besar kerana tidak diberitahu awal. Haraplah malam ini boleh kembali deposit tersebut kerana masih membuat kami tertunggu-tunggu.

James went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Not only is the good accommodation, but James also excels in providing excellent dining recommendations. His thoughtful suggestions led me to some of the best local eateries we wouldn't have discovered on our own. Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. This Homestay is very near to the airport, only few minutes driving distance, very convenient for picking groups arriving at different times. Besides, the unit is clean, well equipped and spacious, very spacious, enough space for individuals, and different groups having separate sessions at different space of the unit. Thank you Meetstay for offering such a good unit to be listed, will definitely stay here our future trips to KK. 🙏🏼

從預定到最後的入住全程無障礙溝通 房東elivane是個特別nice的小姐姐 提前加了vx告知了入住須知 圖片和視頻的路線都標明的清清楚楚的 還給我們提前入住 這個對於30°亞庇的白天，提著三個大行李箱的我們 真的是太救命了！整個房間和圖片上一模一樣 很乾淨！地理位置就在美居酒店，邊上就是哲思頓碼頭，步行5分鐘即可發達，步行10分鐘就當地比較大的曙光廣場 步行15分鐘就是加雅街，酒店的頂樓25層還有一個公共泳池 可以看到哲斯頓碼頭 泳池是開放到晚上8點的。

Very confortable for me and my family - we have 4 adult + 2 kids. The host also very responsive. We really enjoyed stay here.

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

We love the coziness of the place and all ammenities are well provided. Easy access to parking lot and to the mall. We will definitely book this place again👍🏼

We all enjoyed our stay at Xuan’s place. Among all the airbnb we chose in Malaysia, it is no doubt the most home like place. It is super clean and has everything we need. The location is great for our last stay in kk as it is super close to shopping centre and the airport.

Yo-Yo прекрасная хозяйка, всегда была готова нам помочь и помогала. Квартира прекрасно расположена над торговым центром, в котором есть огромное количество магазинов (включая магазин продуктов), кафе и ресторанов. Про самолёты, которые летают над домом тут уже писали, но, нам они совершенно не мешали. Наоборот, было интересно на них посмотреть и сделать отличные фото. Сама квартира просторная и очень уютная, нам там очень понравилось. В 15 минутах пешком от квартиры есть рынок фруктов и морепродуктов, что тоже было удобно.
