Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Additionally, washing machine is available. The rooms are air-conditioned with satellite LCD TV.

We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.
