Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :).

Villa Eva was renovated and newly furnished in July 2020. There is a large parking lot and garage in front of the house. The house has 6 rooms/studios with private bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, LCD TV, water heater, bed linen. The kitchen is separate in the lower rooms. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a washing/drying room and an exit to the garden, where a new summer kitchen and deckchairs have been installed.
