Very good stay with private swimming pool at a very great price. Can't find this anywhere else.

Wonderful stay; very comfortable. Extremely optimised check in and check out process. We had full flexibility on our travel and Shahana was helpful in all aspects.

One of the BEST Airbnbs I've stayed in, and the BEST host I've stayed with, period! Don't let the simplistic entrance fool you - Aprajita's place is perfect for one-two people wanting to chill away for a few days. The check in was smooth and the ambience amazing (beautiful lights and plants!). The pool was great for chilling in the heat. The kitchen is small and good enough to cook simple stuff - bread, egg, maggi, etc. It's a very cozy place to stay in, and one I'll come back to again for sure! Aprajita was the nicest host I've encountered. She was very well prepared (which is less common than one would expect) - she had a welcome video explaning the house, a list of areas one could explore around, very helpful guidelines on how to use the house and the pool, etc. Before and during the stay she was friendly and receptive - be it in changing the check-in/check-out slots or with helping us with the speakers and the TV. I've walked away with a friend and I'm very grateful for it!

Thank you prakruthi for the wonderful stay... Our sister's bachelorette party was surely a hit.... The 5th floor is such a vibe with the pool and the karaoke speaker and everything else.. I am so glad that I chose this place for the occasion... Everything was squeaky clean and the gentleman who let us in is such a sweet person, he helped us with everything... It was a happy stay... looking forward to coming back again. Next time just expecting to have heated pool facility as well.. Thank you...

Mr. Anmol Gupta is an exceptionally helpful person who goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. His hospitality extends far beyond providing a comfortable home. He assisted me in every possible way, even proactively helping with a blood donation need for my father during a hospital stay. Burchay is an amazing place to chill out with friends or loved ones, especially if you're looking to just relax after all the hustle and bustle in life. Shefali is an amazing host who was clear from the get go about the place, facilities and expectations. She also checked in on us from time to time to see if there was anything that we needed. Naveen, the caretaker of the place was very friendly and showed great hospitality. He also ensured that we had our privacy by helping us with dropping off food that we ordered via Swiggy/Zomato. Overall a 11/10 place to be in for some peace and tranquility.

The society where the accommodation is located is very welcoming and had easy access to all the amenities . The complex had nice walking pathways and was very lively particularly during the festival season. The apartment had two desk areas which was very convenient for both of us to work . Overall we had a great stay

Stay was comfortable. The host was responsive and addressed our queries. The key (inside the locker experience) was not so smooth. We had to call the local guard to get the security code of the locker. This could have been better. Had the guard not pick up our phone for telling the locker code, we would have unnecessarily waited at the gate of the apartment!

Neha is a great host, always responsive to queries and went over and beyond at multiple occasions. The home was nicely setup and we never felt away from home. Thnak you !! ☺️

The place is really beautiful, looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Check-in was really smooth and the apartment was available clean on arrival. Place is really amazing with really welcoming host. I would always recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and cozy time with friends and family.
