Questa casa si trova in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale. Dista circa 2 minuti in macchina dall'uscita dell'autostrada di Date. La stazione di Date-Mombetsu si trova a circa 7 minuti in macchina. Se ci contattate in anticipo, possiamo venirvi a prendere alla stazione in macchina. Ci sono i supermercati "Arcs" e "Coop Sapporo" a 10 minuti a piedi. The Sekka Ni 1 studio apartment is part of the three-unit Sekka Ni building in Hirafu Village, Niseko. The studio is close to restaurants and bars and accessible to year-round outdoor activities.
