Great unit, greate communication, very very clean. Perfect locations to base a trip Zuland. Amazing Cape Vidal Beaches and surrounding game reserve. When were driving to the Cape Vidal beach saw Hippo and Rhino.

Had a great visit! Fantastic area, very private and safe. Marcelle was the best neighbor

where can I start, everything was excellent, it was a friendly family we really felt like we were home, the atmosphere and the neighbourhood was so lovely, they allowed us into their home and enjoyed the count down with them , dancing and fireworks it was really lovely. Always sharing ideas she even told us about the fun fair that was taking place and we didn't know about it. Her kids are so well mannered, I really do recommend them. I'm really glad that the home I booked before them was cancelled because of some emergency they had, they were just doing us a favour to meet this lovely family 💖💖

It was so nice, i didn't want to leave. It was everything and more. My loved ones had a ball. The people were nice, beaches were clean. This was everything i hoped for and more. Xxxx

My family and I had a lovely time, beautiful views and the kids could walk to the beach as many times. We spotted some dolphins as well from the house. Place Is as per pictures and the host communicates.

Our stay was beyond exceptional, it's a little town with everything you might need, peaceful and well maintained. The accommodation itself is clean and has everything from coffee, tea, sugar, basic cleaning supplies and a dishwasher!! Because who wants to do dishes on holiday? The kitchen is a standout, heaps of space, gas stove and more than enough counter space. Lovely outside braai area that is separated and feels like your own private garden. Highly recommend, especially with a fantastic host like Connie.

Beautiful place, a true home from home. Very comfortable, all appliances and kitchen utensils one can need. Bedrooms are spaciously designed, comfortably styled and linen clean. Great proactive communication from the host in preparation for the stay.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful spot! The view is out of this world and the unit had everything we needed. The beach is a short walk and the poo is really close which was wonderful.

Nicola's place was just as described and better! It was super clean and well kept. Nicola was very responsive to our questions etc.. The 2 min drive into Ballito was easy and 10 min to the beach. all in all it was a lovely stay even on the rain days🤩

The place was amazing we had one of the great times with the Family the kids loved the house and every facility available at the house and Estate. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful holiday. I have Zero complains and I will most def be coming back and the beach club was our place of oxygen and the views in Zimbali are amazing and because the place is big so when we got lost It was an adventure for us to find our way back while enjoying the Estate amazing views and beautiful houses and the little monkeys we found on the pavement from time to time...Our stay was Epic I am trying to find fault but unfortunately I cant because this was our perfect holiday... big ups guys.

Good location. Host is very responsive and helpful. Shopping is very easily accessible. Affordable and definitely worth the stay.

Spent a lovely week at Bella Mia. Communication with host was easy & instructions spot on. Accommodation was true to pictures, tastefully decorated, appliances all in good order. Close to the beach & easy pool access. Highly recommended. Zinkwazi is a hidden gem & Bella Mia the place to stay when you are there.

We had a very comfortable stay at Marek’s place. Great entertainment and patio area, very clean and neat. We enjoyed walking onto the beach and swimming in the communal pool afterwards Perfect place for families with kids, lots of toys and games. We would stay here again.

Karen is an exceptional host, went an extra mile to assist. place is excellent, amazing sea view, and plenty to do in the location. peaceful and relaxing area. will definitely be back.

Place was wonderful. Close walk to the main beach, squeaky clean clean and, had everything we needed for cooking and just feeling right at home. Best part was having our coffee in the beach in the mornings watching the whales play in the ocean. Thank you for being an incredible host Steven, you were kind and flexible and so appreciated you accommodating us longer when we needed to extend.

We really had a great time as a family, my whole family loved the place, it's so homely. The place was clean, a walkable distance to the mall and restaurants. it's safe and has a good space to chill and a lovely space for kids to play. it's so accommodative even the games to play as a family. we're definitely coming back.
