Bonito apartamento en Benidorm. Alquiler vacacional de un dormitorio. Muy céntrico, a unos 200 m de las playas poniente y levante. Próximo al castillo, plaza triangular, vinitos y parque de Elche. Primer piso con ascensor. Pocos vecinos y tranquilo. Dispone de bomba frio y calor, salón con sofá cama, cocina y baño. Posibilidad de parking a pocos metros de pago adicional y olvídate del coche, porque dispones de todos los servicios a pie para conocer todo el casco histórico y centro de la ciudad.

Bijzonder ruim appartement in een rustiek dorpshuis, gelegen in een berglandschap met prachtige uitzichten. Het dorp is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals; restaurants, bakker, apotheek, bank. In de wandel omgeving vindt u pittoreske Spaanse dorpen en het Guadalest stuwmeer. Stranden op 25 min afstand. Het zwembad van Guadalest is geopend in de zomer. Excelente alquiler con aire acondicionado y preciosas vistas al mar. A sólo 700 metros de la playa de Levante (unos 9 minutos andando). Ideal para parejas. Residencial vallado con un enorme jardín, 2 piscinas (abiertas en temporada de verano), 2 pistas de tenis y 1 de baloncesto + fútbol. Dispone de WiFi privado gratis, parking, conserje y vigilancia 24h. A 2 minutos andando de un supermercado y de una farmacia. A 300m empiezan las rutas de senderismo y a 2 km está Aqualandia y Mundomar.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place.
