Let the good times roll at River Front 95! A vacation rental like no other on the Parker Strip! 4 beautiful bedrooms, pullout couch and 2 bathrooms in the main house. An additional bathroom and plenty of comfy couches in the detached game room and bar. Outdoor deck, fenced yard, beach bar, launch ramp. The best of everything! This is the perfect spot for any special occasion! -*Disclaimer- During certain times of the year, usually when it begins to cool off, little moths hatch along the river*

My Fave Place to share

Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

Riverfront Beach Villa 2 on the Colorado River

The BEST BEACHFRONT location in all of Parker at the Sundance Beach Villa Resort! Kick back with your favorite cold drink and feet in white sand or enjoy the outdoor palapa tiki bar right on the beach! Villa #2 has one of the most desirable locations with the biggest beach area on the resort. No boat needed with this view, but it's an ideal location if you want to launch your boat or water toys and moor it on your own private buoy right out front of this property. AMAZING RIVERFRONT VILLA!

Arizona Oasis River Getaway!

This is a cute 2 bedroom trailer in a gated community. It sets on a corner lot with a very short walk to the beach area in the park. There is a boat ramp if you need to launch any water vehicles you bring. This space sleeps 4 maximum. It has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and BBQ on the deck for grilling. It also has a clean fresh new set up in the full size bathroom. There is also access to sand dunes from this location for Sand riding as well.

Soak up the sunshine in our tranquil getaway, watch the sunsets over the river & desert vistas. New on-suite master bath, Queen bed’s 1-Futon sofa, fold-open use extra blankets & mattress pad Long sofa, unremove back cushions for sleeping. Bedding provided 2 car parking + boat trailer This is a private 4 residence property * The Cottage is the only public unit. It’s a quiet place, noise regulations for the seniors who live on the property.

Pahaska River House

This house is about 5 minutes away from Big River launch ramp and park area. A bit more shallow then the Blue Water Casino launch but great for jet skis or shallow hulled boats. Its very cozy with great AC and a nice view of the wash which flows into the river. Downtown Parker is about 15 minutes from the house and Parker strip another 15. A day pass for Big River is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Enjoy the Colorado River!
