We are an experienced host and have another home that we built last year 1 street over and this house will be our 3rd in the Parker area going back 8 years. NEW RANCH HOUSE-Private Launch Ramp

Welcome to our beautiful new 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house. Step into a tranquil oasis on this huge 1/2 lot, where you can truly relax and recharge. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge backyard and a 70’ driveway. The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

Moovalya Keys Waterfront 50' dock, LOTS of parking

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Conveniently located in the Moovalya Keys, but outside the gates, so NO HASSLES from the parking patrol. If you stayed in the Keys before, you know who I am talking about! It is right across from Circle K. It comes with a large back yard that has corn hole and a fire pit not to mention the RIVER! You have your own 50' dock. The dock is located about 75' from the back of the house. A smart tv is provide for you to stream.

2 bedroom, 2 bath home located in Hillcrest Bay overlooking Havasu Springs, Lake Havasu and the Bill Williams Refuge. Home has been updated with new paint, new vanities, countertops and updated flooring throughout. It sits directly between Lake Havasu and Parker Arizona, and is 1 mile from the Colorado River and less than a mile from Lake Havasu boat ramp. Home is fully appointed and has a washer/dryer in a separate shed. Everything you need to boat, fish, hike, bike, etc.

"Entire home-beautiful sunset views"

"Enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets from the patio. In the evening, relax under the stars around the gas fire pit. This cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath next to the canyon home sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6. With all the conveniences of home including a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator. In addition, washer and dryer and internet, Netflix are included. There is a BBQ outside on the patio looking over the canyon. Ample parking for your boat or ATV's. "

Centrally located on the Colorado River in Parker AZ, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom home with a large patio and deck. 100 yard walk to Road Runner. Exclusive dock space and water access. Gorgeous views with space to have lots of fun! Easy access to water sports, boating, jet skiing, paddle board, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, off-road riding, playing at the casino, enjoying company with others, or just sitting by the river enjoying the view and awesome sunsets.

Private launch with passes included let's you get on and out of the water fast. Winter fun includes riding All Terrain vehicles right out of the park; you can explore ghost towns, old mines, and even get to the "Desert Bar" directly from our home using off road paths.
