Explore Valencia from a Central Apartment

My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! The home is located in the “El Pilar” neighborhood, a charming and historic area in the Old Town of Valencia. Design apartment in the historic center very close to the Cathedral and Central Market. Indomitable and pure, the light crosses a succession of translucent panels, covering the more than 100 meters of surface of this exclusive design apartment located in the heart of Valencia, next to the Cathedral and the Central Market. The apartment has a full bathroom and another single toilet. En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Recién reformado, amplio, luminoso y sin ruidos. A un paso de todo: 5’ de la Estación de Joaquín Sorolla (AVE), 15’ del centro, y 6’ del metro de Jesús. Cuenta con un pequeño balcón en el que difrutar del sol, aire acondicionado frío/calor y buena conexión WIFI para que disfrutes de tu estancia sea de ocio o trabajo. Apartamento situado en una céntrica calle peatonal llena de restaurantes , cafés, cines, teatros y zonas comerciales. El edificio dispone de conserje 24h tanto en la entrada del edifico como en la entrada del garaje para ofrecer al huesped los servicios que necesiten y la máxima seguridad. La orientación sur del apartamento permite entrar mucha luz natural en todas las épocas del año así como rayos de sol que calientan la estancia en invierno.
