chantal et philippe vous accueillent dans leur cottage habitable toute l'année avec un chauffage et une isolation au top . Il est composé d'une kitchenette avec plaque à induction, lave linge, frigo-congélateur, d'une chambre avec un lit de 160 (equipement bébé sur demande) d'un coin repas et d'une salle de bain-wc.Wifi par cpl haut debit et tv Une terrasse couverte avec salon de jardin et plancha vous attendent pour les beaux jours. notre gite est classé 2 etoiles . emplacement parking

Gite de charme au cœur de la Brenne

Ancienne grande restaurée avec goût, où pierres apparentes et râtelier sont encore présents. Gite placé en plein cœur du parc naturel régional de la Brenne, avec ses étangs, dans un petit village paisible de 350 habitants. La maison dispose d'un rez de chaussée avec salon-salle a manger, WC indépendant, cuisine équipée. A l'étage, 1 pallier, 2 chambres avec 1 lit double dans chacune, 1 salle de douche. L'extérieur est entièrement clôturé, équipé de 2 transats, salons de jardin, barbecue.

Gite cocon Aux abords du lac

Petit gîte ou cottage ‘’Gîte Concon Aux abords du Lac de Vassivière'', endroit familial, en amoureux ou entre amis. Endroit très reposant situé dans un hameau, un village vacances très agréable avec de nombreux chemins de randonnée et diverses activées à profiter autour du lac. ⚠️ Le ménage est compris dans le prix et donc pas de surprises. Les coûts 2024 ont augmenté pour les propriétaires et les locataires et je m’efforce de rester raisonnable pour rester accessible à tous 😌

Guardian's Cottage with private heated pool

The Guardian’s Cottage is a recently refurbished luxurious cottage with a private heated salt water pool. It is fully equipped with all modern facilities. Set in 22 acres of meadows and woods and is bordered on three sides by a gentle river. The cottage is rural but very near to two villages with all amenities. There are local markets, loads of nearby attractions and superb restaurants. This is an excellent area to totally relax and experience the pleasures of the Dordogne.

Le Cedre - cottage in the grounds of Chateau

Le Cedre was originally built as an artist's studio, so it has lovely light and has a view of the Chateau (which is run as a chambres d'hotes) and a majestic blue cedre tree. The ground floor is open plan with a modern kitchen and dining table for six. The main bedroom on the first floor is very large with the original chestnut floors and has huge windows. There is a curious relic set into the wall, which we have preserved, thought to be from an ancient destroyed abbey.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

The gite is ideal as a base for a break away in the Perigord vert or visiting family & friends in the area. Cussac is situated on the edge of the Perigord vert which is renown for being the region of lakes & forests. The area offers, scenic routes for motorbike touring/cycling, swimming/fishing lakes, historical sites and walking/cycling trails.

Come and stay anytime during the year in this superb cosy cottage renovated in 2018 situated on a working farm. Peaceful location in the heart of the Creuse, close to village amenities. A wonderful time warp area of beauty with much to enjoy. Great for families with children with a large fenced garden or an ideal getaway to relax and recharge the batteries!
