We had a great stay at April’s house on a short trip out to Zion. Great location and plenty of space for the family to spread out and feel at home. April was a great host, really responsive and provided plenty of recommendations in the area. Only regret was not staying longer!

What an amazing experience we had with Renée and Layne, who are perfect hosts. They welcome travellers into their delightful home with such kindness and joy. It is infectious! The Master Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There is a very large bath and a separate shower adjacent to the sleeping area. Two wash basins as well. There’s even a small separate room with large fridge and washing machine. This has a table to work on if necessary. The upstairs “suite” provides privacy but you can enjoy conversations and companionship with the hosts and other visitors in the kitchen and sitting room area. It’s a perfect place to stay. Renee has a wealth of information about the history of the area and was so kind in answering my questions about the Mormon culture. (We were visiting because a distant relative of mine is buried in the cemetery). Layne helped with suggested cycle routes. Choco is their very friendly dog. We spent two wonderful days there - very special memories.

It worked out very well for us the beds where very comfortable we never used the TV or the rest of the house mostly just slept there we had places to go during the day but slept well it was perfect for us thanks so much

Renee and Layne (and Choco) were incredible hosts. A great place to wind down after a long day at Zion, and not far from town with plenty of great places to eat. I stayed in the Blue room. The bed was very comfortable and having a recliner to relax in was fantastic. Only 30 minutes from Zion as well. Definitely worth the stay!

We had a delightful stay at Beth’s place. Her home was very clean and comfortable. She had thought of many special touches to make us feel like we had been pampered! We left feeling happy and refreshed! Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. It was a cozy home, and we felt so comfortable and loved. Diane and Denny would ask us how our day was and became our friends. We also incredibly enjoyed the fabulous breakfast provided every morning. We loved it!

My husband and I had a great time on our honeymoon. When we arrived there was a congratulations card and Martinelli‘s drink for us to share. We felt very comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Es war alles toll, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Pool ist klasse. Alles so wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter.

Bob and Rose were kind and welcoming from the minute we booked the Airbnb. We had a very comfortable room and private bathroom to ourselves downstairs with amazing views of the mountains. The best part was definitely waking up to a big breakfast of scrambled eggs, waffles with homemade syrup, fresh fruit, and tea, and talking to Bob and Rose about their family and travels. They also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations for dinner. Even though we didn't spend that much time in the bed and breakfast, we felt right at home and we hope to visit again soon!

Host was responsive. Space was easy to get to everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out.

Solid stay for Zion. Nothing fancy just a good place to sleep.

Was a fantastic stay and perfect for what we needed, very clean and a great location.

This was a great place to stay for my wife and 2 kids. Great bathroom and we could use their fridge along with anything in it. Breakfast every morning was fantastic and great start to the day.

Leslie was a wonderful host, and made our stay easy and relaxing. The location is peaceful and quiet while still giving you super easy access to Zion national Park and plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

Great air bnb, host was very communicative and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and served early! Close to both the Grand Canyon and Zion.

I'm not much of a talker so I'll get to the point. Location perfect, close to zion, house beautiful, Lez, a doll. She even cooks for you frittatas., has coffee everything you need. House is spotless. Yes you're renting a room but its more like a hotel room. Loved it. When I head back to zion I'll be staying there.

Lezlie is an amazing host! She is readily available to answer questions & assist in any way possible, including loaning ingredients from her private kitchen stock to complete a recipe & scouring her kitchen for the necessary baking sheets. Waiting for our pizzas to bake, we shared a warm & Interesting conversation, as if we were family. Our host's home is spotless & beautifully appointed. She made sure we had everything we needed...and then some. Lezlie is exceedingly kind & gracious, sharing her gifts without question. Visiting our kids & grandkids camping in Zion National Park, the weather turned extremely cold (27 degrees) w/ unheard of high winds. After getting the other guests' approval, Lezlie kindly offered to have our little family of 5 campers take refuge from the bitter rain & wind for a bit to warm up & recover. Thank you, Lezlie, for saving the day! Our only regret is, living in Calif, it may be a while before we may again enjoy Leslie's perfect vacay retreat.

Beau studio à Springdale, a l’écart de la fréquentation de cette porte d’entrée au parc de Zion. Facile d’accès, à 10 minutes de l’entrée du parc. Les studios sont situés au calme en contrebas du bâtiment principal avec une belle vue sur un très grand et agréable jardin. Bel accueil de la propriétaire.

12 out of 10 stay!! This Airbnb has everything you could dream of- extraordinary views of Zion, peaceful patios, massage chairs after a long hike, delicious homemade breakfast burritos, exceptional hosts, and the comfiestttt bed! Liz was extremely communicative from booking to checking out— she was understanding of our late arrival due to the time change and driving from Vegas, and gave us amazing recommendations for hiking Zion and local restaurants. Lastly we can’t forget to mention the three cute pups that gave us a warm welcome and were always happy to see us :)

We loved our stay here. It's just a couple minutes from the Zion NP visitor center which was so convenient. They keep fresh water out for you at all times and homemade cookies which were a delightful treat at the end of the day. Great views. Great hosts. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to visit Zion NP!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The suite was just as described, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The provided breakfast was great and very convenient (there was even a vegetarian option during our stay which we appreciated). Karen was super responsive with messaging and made sure we had everything we needed. We also rented their e-bikes for our day at Zion, and they provided a great video on how to fold, transport, and use them. (Definitely recommend renting the bikes if you plan on going to Zion so you get the best views and access to the park, and avoid lines for the shuttles!) We recommend staying here, and will definitely be back for our next trip to Zion!
