Das Appartement liegt in einer der schönsten, vom Sonnenlicht verwöhnten Gegend von Lugano. Ein 180° Blick verzaubert die Gäste. In 15 Minuten erreicht man auf einem Fussweg See und Zentrum. 500 Meter sind es bis zur Busstation der Linie 2, die zum See und Zentrum fährt. Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. In posizione tranquilla con una terrazza da cui godere una splendida vista sul golfo di Lugano e sul Monte San Salvatore questo spazioso, luminoso e raffinato appartamento si trova in una zona strategica a 10 minuti dal Lago, dal LAC, dal Centro, dalla Stazione, dall'autostrada (Como dista km 40 e Milano km 80). Ristoranti, musei e caffè sono raggiungibili a piedi, comodamente in bus grazie alla fermata ad un paio di minuti o con la Citybike, la cui postazione è vicinissima all'appartamento.
