This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured and was extremely clean! The check in was simple and check out was a breeze as well! The beds/linens for clean and comfortable and it was quiet to sleep at night. The house was 10 minutes away from where we needed to be for the weekend and was close to shops and restaurants. Kate was a great host, thoughtful and was responsive to messages. If we ever need a place to stay in the same area we will definitely stay again!!!

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

Adel provided us with a fantastic home to stay in while we were visiting family. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pricing was reasonable considering the area we were in and the amount of time we ended up staying (4 days, 3 nights). The scenery in the backyard with the river was also a great touch. Would definitely consider choosing his home again and would recommend to others as well!

Mike’s listing was excellent. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more to prepare meals and even pack leftovers. The screened in back porch was perfect to relax in the evenings.

The location was perfect. The home looks exactly like the pictures posted online, cozy and clean. The backyard looks like an oasis. My host was always available to answer my questions.

Really great stay! The one-bedroom was super clean and comfy—perfect for a relaxing weekend. The shower was awesome, nice water pressure and super clean. Loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the gazebo was a great spot to chill with a coffee in the morning. I had a great stay at Anneke’s, she went above & beyond to make the place warm & inviting, especially during the holidays. She had tons of recs, left little snacks, & even a couple gifts since I was there for Christmas! The space was very comfortable, and the backyard was exactly what my dog needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this place and air B&B is about all I use anymore. It’s cozy. A balcony on river. Can walk to dock with fire pit. Two bay Doors that open on either side gives nice cool breeze. Private but not too remote from everything. Beautiful maintained. The hosts are nicest people. I’ve been here 3 times and will use it every time I come to New Hope. Highly recommend

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

I felt that Allison’s place was very clean, neat, and had anything that I could’ve needed. She also sent me a message, letting me know that if I didn’t need anything to let her know. Since they did such a good job with making sure everything needed was there I had no need to contact her. The next time I come to New York, I will definitely try to find her place.

We rented William’s home for about a week, as we were packing our home and needed a comfortable place to stay with our toddler prior to our move. William’s home was cozy, peaceful, and child-friendly. My toddler loved being on the lake and waking up to his “quack quacks”, typically referred to as ducks. William’s home was a great temporary home for my family, and we plan to book again when visiting family in the area.

We went for our honeymoon, wanted somewhere secluded, fun, beautiful and it definitely was all those things! We had such a blast! We laughed so hard playing darts, basketball, ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and foozeball. We had a fire, soaked in the hot tub, sipped coffee on the deck in the morning and wine at night, staring at the trees and listening to the birds. The inside was cozy, charming and comfy. Plenty of stuff nearby to do, Sweetwater Grille provided a savory, memorable dinner and Batsto village had so many trails and the historic village there was so interesting to walk through! So grateful we chose this place!

Was looking for a peaceful getaway and my God that I find it I was lucky enough to meet the property owners during my stay and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The neighborhood itself was all friendly and the view and surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful I did not want to leave and cannot wait to return. Brand new gym with a perfect view of the lake, beautiful little sandy shore. Truly peaceful, and relaxing place to be. Dog friendly (all dogs were all on leashes so that’s a huge win) Porch had a gate so the dog could hangout. Wildlife all around. Truly a steal.

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

Each day brought moments of quiet reflection, laughter, and simple joy—whether it was sipping coffee on the deck at sunrise, watching the water ripple in the afternoon light, or enjoying quiet evenings under the stars. The home itself was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating such a special retreat. Everything about our time there exceeded expectations. We are looking forward to our next visit and get-away.

This was my first time renting an airbnb and boy did our gracious host Noemi set the bar high! If you are the type that can appreciate an 1840’s cottage in a town rich with American history, stop right here and BOOK this location. You will not be disappointed. The house is full of charm, the town (straight 10 minute walk to the heart of new hope) is majestic and did I say our host was amazing? She was and we cannot wait to go back!
