We loved everything about our stay here. So comfortable inside with beautiful finishes, comfy bedding and anything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to spread out, have 2 bathrooms to share, yet plenty of space to gather together. The hosts immediately responded to any questions making our stay stress free. We loved the lake view, sat by the pond in the back and drank coffee on the deck in the sun. Highly recommend Derek and Ronnie’s place and would definitely return when in the area again!

We had the best ever Polish Family Picnic Re-Union again, in the PL State Park, again staying with Ms. Elwira, Somewhere In Time! Our thanks to her, and her family, including Mona the Shephard, for creating and inspiring us to grow upward, towards and closer to God! The BEST place to stay for us!!😃

Enjoyed my stay tremendously. It was like having a snug nest in the forest. Yet, you could hop in the car and visit nearby stores and restaurants in minutes. I especially liked the park that was just down the road where I walked my dog every day. All in all a great place.

The space was perfect. The house is kept very well and has anything you would need for your stay available. The outdoor area is great and the lake view is even better. Jim is super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, recommend it to anyone.

Host was very responsive and proactive. We experienced a brief loss of power and they reached out immediately to check in and make sure our stay was not aversely affected. Nice tranquil setting on a dead end road with very little vehicle traffic.

We do an annual trip and I have rented several houses in the Poconos. Mostly Big Bass Lake. Joanna’s home was by far the best we have rented. House itself was perfect. So much to do. Joanna thought of every single detail to make our stay comfortable. Aside from the house, Joanna was so accommodating. Any question I may have had was answered before I asked it. We were offered complimentary early check in and late check out.

This stay on Newton Lake was wonderful. The house was full of amenities and supplies as needed. It was like a home away from home. Everything was very clean especially the bathrooms.

The house was very accommodating for a group such as ours consisting of 1/2 adults and 1/2 children. The grounds had many amenities, the interior was super comfortable and beautifully decorated; the fishing was fantastic, the grandchildren loved the fishing and rowing. Plenty of canoes, outdoor games, activities, etc. These memories will last them forever. The view from the upper deck was very beautiful, morning or late afternoon, it was very peaceful. A small quiet community of people surrounds this lake, there is one minor caveat for those sensitive to highway noise which is unfortunate for this community; But honestly, you could not hear it inside the house, only if one was outside and we learned to block it and move on. I was able to hear birds singing so it isn’t that of a deal unless you seek greater isolation. Hope this honest review is accepted constructively. All in all we had a lovely time. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on the lake. Beautiful property with a few special unexpected things too. The hot tub over looking the lake was perfect for the chilly mornings and evenings.

Top notch! They truly thought of everything. We enjoyed every moment in this beautiful, super clean house. Hosts are very responsive and kind. We highly recommend!!

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Communication was excellent, place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. The lake was pretty, the weather was a tad chilly but view of lake was really nice!

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The host took care of our comfort. Also, the location itself made us very happy, because from the terrace you can see wonderful views. We will definitely come back here more than once.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Our family had a great time at the lake house. We loved that there were bathrooms for each bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen areas were spotless. Loved the selection of games. The house was well stocked but must bring your own soap and shampoo.
