Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in sylvan lake and only minutes from the beach and local golf courses! This modern house has a large back yard with fire pit and bbq on the deck Air conditioning for those warm days and infloor heating in basement to have a warm floor in the winters! This is my primary residence and hopefully it has all the things in the kitchen that makes you feel like home!
