Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Public transport are guaranteed in the day but i suggest to come with car to move easily in the evening. To rent for touristic use. Don't hesitate to write us for more infos!!!

Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
