Comfortable and easy to walk to Whole Foods, Audubon Park and Magazine street. Would stay again!

We came to New Orleans for a show at Tipitina's and wanted to rent a place close to the venue. This Airbnb was walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. We appreciated the communication and quick turnaround time for responses. The secure door keypad was very handy. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay in our favorite neighborhood in our favorite city to visit! Close the everything you need/want in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

Minnette’s place was wonderful! Just as described! It is close to great shopping, bars and restaurants. It is right on Magazine St. which can be busy but we weren’t affected by noise at all. Easy to get around to all the fun things to do in New Orleans. We had a wonderful time. Minnette was also extremely quick to respond when we had questions.

Great place to stay and served our needs well. A block from Magazine Street's restaurants and bars, yet the street of the Airbnb was very quiet. The owners were very responsive and the unit was well appointed.

David’s place was great! Plenty of space for 6 adults (love the half bath!) and in a perfect location. Check in and check out was easy, there were no crazy check out directions! We will definitely stay again!!

Cool location a couple blocks from all the shops and restaurants. Easy to catch a Uber to other parts of the city. Perfect for what needed.

Wow I was so happy with the home we felt right at home beautifully decorated all amenities made the experience so smooth. Plenty of good eats and major stores all within 10 mins. Was sad to leave but would definitely stay again when I’m in town!

We really enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place! It was conveniently located near everything we had planned, and getting around was easy—Lyft rides to the French Quarter were about $17, which was more affordable than other options. There were a couple of nights when noise was an issue—one from a party upstairs and another from the bar next door. If you’re a heavy sleeper, it likely won’t bother you, but light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Adam and his team were extremely attentive, making sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. We did run into a couple of minor issues with the keypad, which I believe could be fixed with new batteries. To be fair, I reported it at check-in and they offered to send someone out, but I declined. I slept in the middle bed, it was super comfortable, and the other two guests said the same about theirs. The space was cozy, safe, and exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. I’d definitely recommend Adam’s place for your stay in NOLA!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plentiful parking. Close to the main drag and major arteries to get around town, fast food or fine dining not too far away. Beds were comfortable. Kim’s check in/check out policy is pretty good, early in/late out, we had rain getting out but no problem with later checkout. The apartment was clean as a whistle when we arrived. Not a peep was heard from the neighbors. Resourceful kitchen space made breakfast prep easy. We had a couple household hiccups, but Kim handled them quickly and professionally. I’d definitely return on my next rip to Houma.

We loved our stay! Our family of four was comfortable - plenty of space. We really loved the location and walking around the neighborhood. Our walk to the Audubon park was a highlight, and stopping in the shops on Magazine Street. Cherry Coffee Roasters was wonderful and we spent some time at the little playgrounds nearby. This was our first time in the Garden District and if we came back we would love to stay here again.

Super responsive to help with any questions. Clean place and large kitchen. The hot water went out but Kim was very accommodating and was able to get us in a new unit immediately. Would recommend!

Charles was very friendly and always responded quickly. We went down south for a quick fishing trip and it was just what we need for a two night stay. We were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Mr Charles and Emma were so nice and very accommodating. very peaceful and quiet. If you love the bayou this is where you need to stay!!

My only hesitation in writing a review is that if more people find out about Suzanne’s gem of a place it’ll be harder for me to book follow up trips! Seriously though this place is amazing - the value and the location are unparalleled. Suzanne was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout. She even added a coffee maker at the last minute just because I mentioned off handedly that I wasn’t a big Keurig user (which the apartment also had!) The surroundings were absolutely lovely and we were a short walk from Magazine St, the St Charles streetcar, and tons of other attractions. This place is amazing and I really hope to visit again.
