Vivenda das Rosas is in a quiet country setting, minutes from beaches, golf, and shopping. There is a large saltwater pool, with a separate, shallow kiddie pool. An outdoor patio near the kitchen has a gas grill and a traditional barbecue, and there is a large upstairs terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside. Casa Peixe Dourado is een modern "vijf sterren" hoek Herenhuis, volledig uitgerust en ingericht met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een extra apart toilet en groot dakterras. Alle ruimtes zijn voorzien van moderne airconditioning Het heeft uitzicht op zee, het typisch Portugese dorp én het gedeelde zwembad. Het is gelegen in een kleine ubanisatie Colina Verde wat grenst aan het Monte Dourado resort, op 2 minuten lopen van het centrum van Carvoeiro en maar liefst 2 lokale stranden.
