This lovely, two bedroom recently renovated family suite, with incredible view to Toroneos Gulf, Kelifos island and 1st peninsula of Halkidiki is the perfect destination for families or group of friends. Just 2 minutes away is a calm bay for swimming. Paradisos beach is only 8 minutes walk. The lively centre of Neos Marmaras is just 10 minutes walk. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully-equiped, amenities are supplied in the bathroom and an in-suite washing machine is available.

To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται λίγα μόνο μέτρα από το κέντρο της Βουρβουρούς , άκρη στο κύμα, με θέα τον κόλπο της Βουρβουρούς και τα όμορφα νησάκια της. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
