This loft is 2 miles from Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort with marina, boat ramp, restaurant and bar. Room to park your boat with water hose to keep her clean and 50amp RV outlet. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips & just as comfy for the couple or solo travelers trying to escape. We have updated nearly everything to accent the beautiful original features. Trex decking, LED glass-light railings, a large kitchen ready to entertain, & newly renovated bathrooms - it's got something for everyone. This is our personal home away from home with access to kayaks, floats, and a state-of-the-art dock that we built in 2022. Enjoy it just as we have. And relax!
