Tyler is awesome! I booked this place for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday. Invited his family here to celebrate. Everyone loves this place and they enjoyed the weekend here. Even the kitchen spices are well stocked for BBQ. Makes me like home and we will back aging next time . ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning lakeside Airbnb, and I couldn't recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and attention to detail that made our stay unforgettable. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the lake, with breathtaking views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the cozy deck or while relaxing inside. Whether you’re an early riser who loves watching the sunrise over the water or someone who enjoys evening walks by the shore, this spot offers a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush bedding and comfortable furniture. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the whole space just feels so inviting.

Our group had 11 people in it, we had enough walking space on the 1st floor for eveyone to visit and play games. There is a big 2nd living area with a bar set up as you walk in the front door. The kitchen was a bit tight for more than 4 people trying to cook. We cooked out 3 nights with the grill provided. 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, the master has so much room, the bathroom has a walk in closet. A bedroom with a queen size bed & twin trundle, the bathroom off to the side that can be accessed from this room & the livingroom. From the livingroom/diningroom you can access the back yard. The stairs are a bit narrow so you do have to watch each step you take and if you have toddlers watch them. Up stairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 nightstand only and a plug in water a/c unit. It was not as cold as I would like. 2nd room was a full with a pull out and plug in a/c water unit. 3rd room has no door so there is no privacy, it has 3 twins 2 with trundles, and a stand up fan.

Beautiful lake access. Overall interior was disappointing- furniture was very old, kitchen was super small, hard to fit in front of stove to cook as space was very cramped . Stove located in a closet space. No spices, condiments, Tupperware, foil, plastic wrap, napkins, etc. Cookware was very scratched and peeling. Drinking glasses were stained. AC’s were wall units and were very loud. Place was expensive, expected a much nicer interior and much more kitchen supplies for the price. Most run down house on the block for sure. Back porch and grill had a lot of gunk on it. Stuffed rabbit with antlers hanging on wall. Needs a ladies touch for sure.

First, the house was very nice; comfortable yet clean and elegant. Second, the property is well taken care of. Our family had a wonderful and much needed relaxing time. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time at Lacey’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a weekend girls trip and the house had enough beds that our party of 8 slept comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and peaceful trip to Lake Travis.

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.

Absolutely beautiful spot! It truly was a birder’s delight in late April. Walking down into the creek was magical and it made us so happy to see our suburb dog going wild running in the water :) the house itself has so many spots to enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and large windows. Plus plenty of seating down in the property while you explore.

This was a wonderful stay by the lake! The location is really nice with a beautiful view of the lake and with direct access to the water, which requires going down a rocky area. The area is quiet and peaceful, and is close enough to town for a convenient drive to HEB, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were also lots of games and activities for kiddos and families. The couches are also super comfy! We enjoyed using the kayaks and had a lot of fun going out on the water. We couldn’t have asked for anything more - it was perfect for a nice, relaxing getaway!

The Stone Cottage is a fabulous place to stay when exploring the Texas Hill Country. The home and surroundings are beautiful and everything during our stay was top notch. Great communication, super location, easy to find and check in, comfortable beds and furnishings, and a fantastic pool, large and clean - a bit chilly at first but great in the afternoon heat!

Travis is an IMMACULATE host and human. Living Waters is paradise; talk about pure bliss! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at BY FAR for the price, and it is the first time I’ve ever stayed on a property for the entire trip, simply because it had that much to offer. Whether you’re into yoga, nature walks, wild animals, trees, campfires, kayaking, or so many other outdoor/indoor activities, you’re going to love this place. We were fully present every second, taking in every bit of nature we could for the one day we booked. We stayed Easter night and it felt like we were camping in a prime location; there were no people in site! The property was overwhelmingly beautiful, and paddle-boarding on the river made it that much better. The river views were simply stellar. We certainly did not want to leave the following morning. This place is worth booking for multiple nights, trust me. We’re going back as soon as possible; we have a lot more exploring and kayaking to do. Gratitude!

I needed a place to go and be alone for the weekend with a pool that was private and secluded. The Cabin in the Woods was just that. It is beautiful and peaceful and secluded. Sharon and Rudy were responsive and friendly. I never saw the zebra or donkey but heard the donkey. The pool was perfect and the scenery was indescribable. All amenities were as described and instructions provided were thorough and clear. I cannot say enough about The Cabin in the Woods. I dont remember how much I paid. It was worth every penny regardless of what I paid. I will be back. Thank you.

WOW!!! This place is so cool!! It is exactly as described! We throughly enjoyed ourselves!!!! There aren't too many bad reviews but the ones there are crack me up! Yes, it is a lake house, pretty much right on the water... There will be spiders out on the decks! The water level is not always the same but definitely fishable, kayakable, swimable and beautiful!!! There are A LOT of steps inside and out! It is build on the side of a hill... also should be expected!! And yes there may be a loose rock or two here and there! This place has everything you could need as far as kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies! The fact they supply so many kayaks is soooo awesome! 👏 The weather was so perfect this weekend we didn't even use the ac units, just had the windows cracked and it was so comfortable! Love that our mini dachshund was welcome and he had a blast on the kayak!!!! We will return and bring friends to enjoy it with! :)

This place was amazing! My whole family had a good time, from the little one to the teenagers. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed plus lots more. Judy has put so much thought, care, and effort in perfecting the cabin and thr amenities. We could not have asked for a better cabin, environment, or host.

What an amazing rental. They were so accommodating at last minute. Beautiful secluded area with plenty of space to gather.

It was clean and a lot of space for big families and has everything you need and I recommend it I would like to go back.
