We have been visiting the Poconos for a number of years. Finally, we had decided to move there permanently…haven’t looked back since. This area is everything outdoorsy kind of people can look for – so much to see and do! As far as the chalet, we have been told by multiple groups that the kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is prepared with the intention of making it a themed, cozy, affordable, and above all clean place where our guests can enjoy themselves, no matter where they come from.

Our home is on a gorgeous picturesque lake with everything that lake has to offer. Fishing, boat, pedal boat, kayaks, canoe, fire pit, inflatable floats, hammock, two patios and more. 20 min to Camelback mountain, 20 min to Kalhari Resorts, 20 min to Tannersville Shopping Outlets, close to local farms, Walmart and other stores. Many local attractions, including rafting, hiking and biking trails. Community has a beach and pool, tennis courts and a children's play park with slides and swings.

The community offers seasonal (*Memorial day to Labor Day) amenities such as mini golf, pool with the Lakeside cafe, swimming beach, canoes & kayaks and paddle boat rental , basketball, tennis court and playground all a short distance away.

Short term lease agreement needed Pool/Beach passes can be purchased daily at the front desk. swimming pool closes a few weeks after Labor day. No set date given. Ticket Price can also change at anytime. If reservation is cancelled 4 days prior to checking in there is a $40 non refundable fee.

The Thoroughbred Cottage at Pleasant Ridge Farm

The Thoroughbred Cottage is the quintessential, early 1900s Pocono vacation cottage. Located on our commercial horse farm, the cottage has been entirely renovated but has kept its unique original details. Views include our upper pastures and wooded hillside of the state game lands beyond. The cottage is set back on our private lane, but is close to all major Pocono attractions and wedding venues. A perfect, cozy little getaway for couples. Not suitable for infants or children
