Delizioso monolocale con vista lago in Blevio di 50mq adatto per 2 persone; Questo appartamento è il luogo giusto per vivere questo fantastico scenario lacustre e per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. Dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina con vista, un bagno privato e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Forniamo servizio di pulizia compresa, per raggiungere la nostra splendida location bisogna fare un pezzo pedonale di 250m e scale, siamo in pieno centro storico.I cani sono ammessi ma di piccola taglia.

Splendido loft con struttura a soppalco, recentemente ristrutturato, situato in pieno centro, a due passi dalla zona storica pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozi, vicinissimo al porto dei battelli, alla stazione ferroviaria e dalla funicolare. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione per offrirvi un'esperienza indimenticabile. L’abitazione è facilmente raggiungibile in auto (nelle vicinanze si trovano molti parcheggi) oppure in treno ( la stazione Como lago dista 5 minuti a piedi)
