We can’t say enough nice things about Mark and his wife and their great cabins. Good People. We were right outside Petit Jean State Park. He has bundles of firewood available at a very reasonable price. There’s also a little store with some great homemade fudge,etc right at the entrance to his County Road. We had some car trouble right as we got there, and I called Mark for some local recommendations, and he was happy to accommodate us. Super friendly and helpful, and the shop he recommended took great care of us and had us on the road very quickly. I was worried that our car trouble was going to overshadow the trip, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone was so helpful and we enjoyed a great day at the state park and got to see a beautiful sunrise at Petit Jean’s gravesite and overlook by the river, and a Gorgeous sunset at the CCC overlook in the state park. Highly recommended. We would never consider staying anywhere else when we go back to this area.

Our stay was cozy, peaceful, and very relaxing. Joel was very responsive to any questions or concerns and made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. I would recommend this cabin to others looking for a private retreat to enjoy the natural surroundings. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Absolutely loved this place !!! Will definitely book again on my next trip out there. It was relaxing and peaceful, it had everything you’d need in the kitchen. She just thought of everything !!! The fishing was great as well caught so many fish. 100% recommend this place and the owner, she so friendly and easy to get ahold of.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very peaceful, plenty of room and the river was beautiful! Lots to see very close and accessibility to all your needs within 15mins but you felt like you were "off the grid" The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the ping pong table and PS5! Overall great trip!!

We had a great time at the house! My kids LOVED taking turns in the second bedroom with their own massive bed and television. My son adored the friendly dogs that kept coming to the yard. I loved watching the birds from the porch. We rented pedal-boats from the bait shop and had a blast. The house is huge but simple, the neighborhood is humble, and it was everything we needed to decompress for a couple of days. The house was impressively clean. Elena was a delightful host. She has the house filled with sweet little touches, she was understanding when we had to change our plans a bit, and she even let us know about local events.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Excellent communication and we loved the space. Roger was able to accommodate a little early check in and a little late check out. The area is quiet and the space is very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The location is the main attraction. It is literally at the top of a small mountain with great overlook views from both the front and back of the house. The back yard features a sharp drop off, though, so young kids would need to be watched carefully. It is also only about 15 minutes into downtown Hot Springs. It should be noted that the nearest selection of restaurants is also about 15 minutes away, but the kitchen enables cooking your own meals. There is one other thing to know. The master shower is awesome looking, but there wasn't enough water pressure to power all the shower heads. Probably because the property is so high up. This is a great property, especially considering the price. We paid about the same as we would have to get a decent hotel room, and this place was awesome.

Such a cute place to stay! The hot tub was awesome! The decorations were so cute and well thought out.

We followed a lot of the suggestions in her guide book! We went horseback riding, ATVing and trout fishing though our favorite was just hanging together eating dinner on deck etc

Absolutely beautiful home!!!! We came here to celebrate our anniversary and fell in love with our surroundings!!! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable!!! We absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and the screened in back porch!!!! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home!!! Highly recommend for a couples getaway!!! We definitely look forward to staying here again and again!!!!

We had the BEST time! The pictures do not do this place justice and we were so surprised at how beautiful the cabin and area truly was. Very family friendly, also. We rented as a couple and felt right at home. We loved getting to fish on the pond, kayak and walk around the property. It was a quick drive to any stores/restaurants, although we mostly used the fire pit to cook our dinners. It was also a short drive to Petit Jean, where we did some hiking. We are already talking about coming back and bringing our friends and their families! Steve was so kind and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We loved Cabin #4! We immediately felt at home. The cabin was extremely clean and had everything we could have wanted and more. We loved the reclining sofas. We had 2 very raining and cold days and the fireplace was perfect. The location is awesome. In the woods but close to town. The area is very quiet. The cabins are spaced far apart. The host was responsive to a few questions I had before we came. I have seen reviews about the bed. We sleep on a tempur pedic at home and while this was more firm than that I slept great. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Very nice place. The neighbors dogs stopped by to welcome me. I like dogs so it was nice surprise. Very friendly and didn’t bark.

2nd stay here and love it. Great for dogs, nice and quiet. Well stocked and great location. Probably the best air bnb I’ve stayed in.

Rebecca's place was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our weekend off the grid. We stayed for a girls' weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The plan was to hang out, play games, go on a couple of hikes, and simply enjoy time together—and this was the ideal setting for it all. The location is beautiful, private, and secluded, but still conveniently close to Petit Jean State Park. The house itself was thoughtfully equipped, with comfy beds that accommodated everyone, a nice kitchen for cooking meals, and plenty of sitting space both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area was especially lovely for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The only minor hiccup was a bit of confusion with the directions, as the instructions mentioned "towards Opello," which led us to believe we wouldn’t actually go into Opello. However, you do. Once we figured that out, everything else went smoothly. We had a splendid weekend and are already planning to come back and rent

It was homey and so peaceful. we enjoyed being so close to the water. the house set is wonderful.

We planned a last-minute family trip for the holiday weekend. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The location was less than a quarter of a mile to the boat dock, which was a big plus for us. We would not hesitate to say here again.

This place was a great find! We booked it last minute and Taylor, the host responded immediately and within about an hour and half from booking we were walking into the cabin. The little red river is right below the porch. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It's also just a few minutes from town and Greer's Ferry Lake if you want to do some exploring.

We had a great stay with our daughter ,son-in-law and 2 grand kids. My wife and I never left the place. The weather was good and bad but I was able to fish off the covered deck in the rain and caught a few rainbows. Everything was as described and we had great relaxing time. It was just what we needed for the week. I never interacted with our host Damon because we did not need to. All the info was clear in the emails before we got there and we did not have any issues that needed attention.

The house worked well for our family of 12. We had plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and beautiful view of the lake. We even made the steep driveway a racing game for the kids and a couple of adults.

This place was amazing! Very clean, stocked, and roomy - we felt right at home. The dock was great! We enjoyed the calm and quiet while drinking our morning coffee. Although the first day with the river low, we weren't able to fish - the river rose the next day and we caught several trout right off the dock. The porch area was perfect as we grilled our catch and enjoyed the stars and the sounds of the owls. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need and the fully stocked coffee bar was also a very nice touch. I would certainly recommend this place and would certainly return myself.

Excellent accommodations. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the porch swing! Host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for large families and/or friend getaways!

Such a fun weekend! Everyone was so nice, the cabin was extremely cleaning, beautiful view on the river and my little boy caught his first fish! 💚🎣

Very beautiful property! The ponds are lovely to canoe or kayak around. We were able to see some beautiful horses and sweet dogs during our stay. Reception is spotty but perfect if you want to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors!
