We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. A five minute drive to downtown Duncan. There is a private entrance with a patio, and a parking spot outside your door. A heat pump, and a carbon and HEPA filter air purifier are installed for climate control. The tv has Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. We are a small family who lives upstairs.
