Beautiful house on a quiet street which is 15 minutes walk from town center. The house is elegantly decorated. Everything is clean. Erica and team were very responsive to all our inquiries. We had an amazing weekend.

Our family had a great stay at Justin’s place. Everything was as described. Communication was timely and we enjoyed our stay.

Rick was very accommodating and quickly responded to messages. House was beautiful and clean. Good location, nice neighborhood.

House was in great shape. beautiful kitchen. fit family of 5 with a 13 yr old upstairs and a 7 and 9 yrs old in one room with me and my wife in the other. The room upstairs was like a private studio for our son. big TV, great sound and a microwave for popcorn etc. he loves it. my wife and I loved the privacy and backyard for kids to play. so many tools and pots in the kitchen and he entire house was well stocked. Hard to find a nicer place in Avon for the money. Would come back in a heartbeat. thanks Stephanie!!

The host went above and beyond, approving my booking request the morning of and allowing us to check in early due to an urgent need for a place to stay. The house was perfect for our family, with fun features like a Pac-Man and Street Fighter arcade and a karaoke machine that everyone loved. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch, even though it was warm outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer available was such a convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This villa was an absolute perfect place for a little romantic getaway! We throughly enjoyed getting some relaxing time away!

This airbnb was prefect for our group of 8! Everyone had there own space to relax in. The house was very clean looked just like the photos, the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you were there. It was a prefect location to walk into town about 17 min walk! Jessie responded to me so fast and helped us with local restaurants and winerys! overall I would highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants a nice weekend of relaxing and fun! we will for sure be back!

We had stayed at another unit in the same complex for two years prior to this visit so we were familiar with the units and the area. We have been attending the 4th of July musical events weekends for more than 10 years. This unit worked well for the 9 of us and met all our expectations. We have visions of renting this unit again in the future.

Great spot, lots of space, easy to find! We only stayed as a stop on our way through so we didn’t experience any of the amenities or attractions of Cleveland but this house was great, especially for the purpose we needed it to serve! Justin and his team were very responsive and offered 24/7 help with anything we may need. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a place to stay in Cleveland. If I had to complain about anything, it’s not anything to do with the actual home or host but rather that it’s unfortunate that the one sketchy looking house in the whole area is directly across the street. Hopefully that property can be cleaned up to improve the area as I can understand that some people may not like that although it didn’t bother me any!

Hard to believe that we did get 7 separate bedrooms and actually 5 bathrooms! 3 floors. 2 total TVs. Comfortable space for multiple families. Highly recommend for a full family visiting Niagara Falls. Walkable or driveable in less than 5 minutes.

You won't find a friendlier or more accommodating host. Cale consistently goes out of his way to make your stay special, and the property is immaculate & absolutely stunning. You'll want for nothing at this location, and you'll leave your vacation more relaxed than if you took a trip to the spa.

Very convenient location! We came to the area to relax and enjoy family time before our daughter started college. The house had all the extras and sadly we needed them with kids forgetting toothbrushes and etc. The host was great and gave honest opinions on attractions nearby and the places he suggested to us were great! We will definitely be staying again as we visit our daughter.

Had a splendid time bonding with my family and kids, it was so much fun for us: the swimming pool, hot tub, grills, karaoke, darts and so much more made our stay very exciting. Adam and Carolyn were easy to contact and their response was prompt, many thanks for the popcorns and floaters...the kids loved it It was more than our expectation amd we're looking forward to coming back again next summer. Fantastic house! Easy to get to and from Niagara Falls. Beautiful views from every room. Comfortable beds. Game room, hot tub, and firepit were an added bonus. It was hard to leave . Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks for having us!

Spent the weekend with a big family. 14 adults and kids. Accommodated us all comfortably and beautiful pool.

Unique group of apartments with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Lots of parking & hosts were great to communicate with and had very clear expectations (which were super reasonable).
