Built in 1958, updated in 2019, Cypress Cove Cottage on Kerr Lake is a place to relax, have a refreshing swim, and view stunning sunsets. Originally a summer home, called Sunnyside, the cottage is winterized for a year-round retreat. Bald cypress trees bookend the lakeshore of this unique property. The cottage sits on a grassy lot sloping gently to the lake. There is a small dock to fish, swim and watch sunsets. Great spot for lake lifers, fisherfolk, couples, small families, business travelers.

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

Gaston Lake Life cottage on the water with a private boat slip and community boat ramp. Renovated space with new flooring, cabinets and furniture. 2 bedroom and 1 bath, but sleeps 8 comfortably with the added daybeds that convert to king beds. Also, has an amazing additional outdoor shower where you can wash up under the stars. The deck has comfortable seating for 6 and a gas grill for grilling steaks, burgers or your fresh lake catch. The property has a shared beach front.

The Cozy Blue Cottage @ LKG

Relax with the whole family on the lake! Come hang out by the fire on the patio or relax on the dock while the kids kayak. Our house has everything you’ll need to have an amazing lake get away. Paddle boards and kayak are onsite for use. Plenty of space to pull your boat Up and relax on the dock. We are about 150 yards from the main lake which makes it nice for easy access but just far enough to enjoy the water without not traffic. Once you get here you won’t want to leave.

Waterfront, Dog friendly, Dock Access and Kayaks

Paradise Point is the escape you have been looking for! Centrally located with 370+ feet of waterfront the views and relaxation are endless. We have almost an acre of space set up with families in mind! Outside you will enjoy a large private dock with plenty of room for all of your favorite summer activities, a fire pit with Solo Stove and outdoor dining. The water at the end of the dock is about 5ft deep with shallow water at the shore.
