This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) The cottage is filled with all the amenities that will make you feel at home. The cottage has one queen bed and the sofa bed is perfect for children. Also a pack and play for little ones. The cottage is perfect for two but will suit 4.

We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Farmhouse type decor in a quiet neighborhood near Gemini Springs which has bike and hiking trails by the St John’s River. Boat launches nearby (free), lots of local dining. Located between the Orlando area as well as Daytona. The Sunrail station is very close and it can take you into the Orlando area-Winter Park is a fun trip.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this bungalow just two blocks from downtown DeLand. Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated cottage that has a touch of the past. This home was built in the 1920's and was relocated in 1983. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property or inside of home.
