Moonpine Kernville is a stunning, clean, luxurious, retreat in the southern Sierra Nevada’s. Less than 1 mile to town. Beautiful mountain and valley views throughout the house and yard. Massive master bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, and large windows, with a private workspace. New central ac and heat! Fully stocked large kitchen. Fast Wifi 300mbps! The yard has a beautiful, new concrete landscape and is a great place to relax and enjoy the NEW gazebo on the couches and take in the amazing views!

Entry way has open space , spacious living room opens into an island kitchen -dining area will seat 6 people. 3 bedrooms with 2 trundle beds for guests and a Jacuzzi bathtub Two comfortable couches for extra guest sleeping space. Located in the center of the valley near every activity (Shirley Meadow skiing, Lake Isabella, Kern River, Sequoia National Forest NOT PARK), Note: Resort Fee is Temp Occupancy Tax imposed by Kern County, not my choice.

Cute private house on quiet street within walking distance to downtown Kernville, parks and the river plus 10 minutes to Lake Isabella. In winter, 30 minutes to Alta Sierra/Shirley Meadows ski resort. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a clean and well-cared for house with a really comfortable bed. It's fully air-conditioned in summer. One bedroom, private bathroom, roomy living room, large screen TV, wifi, and set-up for breakfast (not a full kitchen), Breweries, restaurants and wine bar nearby.

Newly remodeled House in the heart of Kernville! This Home is perfect for entertaining comes with Mini Split AC/Heat units, Wifi, Netflix, lawn games and Ample parking. The area has so much to offer. Lake just down the road, river 1/2 mile away and mountains are great any time of year. Walking distance to downtown Kernville. Kern River Brewing 1 mile away. Just Outstanding Ranch House

They say location is everything and this home is in the best location. We're only 100 yards from public river access and 0.8 miles to Downtown Kernville. This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.

Barbecue, level two car charger, indoor dry sauna. lovers paradise as well half mile private trail across property. 1200 ft. above the lake yet 3/4 mil. away. No neighboring houses within view. No dogs. Or service animals. not recommended for small children, very steep landscape. Natural Hot Springs 15 minutes.
